How quickly will I get my written quote?
Within 24 hours. We review your answers and send an itemised quote built from our published rates, line by line.
Do I have to book once I have a quote?
No. The quote is free and there is no obligation to book.
Is the guide price on this page my final price?
No. It is worked out from our published rates as you answer. Final price will be confirmed by the AFS Removals team after reviewing these details.
Can I send photos of awkward items or access?
Yes. You can add up to 10 photos in the form. They reach our team by email with your request, which helps us get the vehicle, crew and time right first time.
Can you see my home before you quote?
Yes. We offer a free video survey with our surveyor, or you can record a video walkthrough of every room and send it to us. If you would rather have someone visit, ask us and we will check availability. It lets us confirm the volume, the access at both ends, any packing and the furniture that needs dismantling before your written quote.
How do I secure my date?
Accept your written quote and pay a 20% deposit by bank transfer. The balance is due before unloading, unless something else is agreed in writing.
