What we collect

• Book or receive a removals service — the same details, plus anything you tell us that is relevant to carrying out the move (access notes, special items, insurance queries).

• Browse this site — basic technical data such as pages viewed and, where a third-party embed is loaded (for example the Google Maps embed on our contact page), any cookies or data that provider sets under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• Providing a quote and carrying out a booking — necessary to perform a contract with you, or to take steps at your request before entering one.

We share personal data only where necessary: with our own staff and subcontracted crews carrying out a booked move, with our insurers in connection with the Goods in Transit and Public Liability cover included on every job, with our accountants and professional advisers, and with service providers who process data on our behalf (for example, hosting and email delivery). We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking data for as long as needed to deliver the service, resolve any dispute, and meet our legal and accounting retention obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to ask for your data in a portable format.
