A van that does not meet the ULEZ emissions standard is charged for each day it is driven inside the zone, so ask whichever company you book which vehicle will be used and check it with TfL's vehicle checker. AFS vans meet the ULEZ standard, so no ULEZ charge is added to an AFS quote.
